My new podcast with Rashida Jones - By Bill Gates

 

I have some exciting news to share: you can listen to the first episode of my first-ever podcast—Bill Gates and Rashida Jones Ask Big Questions—starting next Monday, November 16.

Like a lot of people, I have really gotten into listening to podcasts over the last year. They’re such an immersive way to learn about the world, and I like how the format lets you dive as deep on a topic as you want. So, I was inspired to start one of my own.

I couldn’t ask for a better partner on this project than Rashida. A mutual friend suggested that the two of us might have a lot to talk about, and it turned out he was right. We both spend a lot of time asking questions and trying to figure out why the world works the way it does. I already knew she was a talented actor, but I am impressed by her activism and her thoughtful perspective on the world.

Our new podcast lets us explore some of today’s most pressing problems together (and with the help of experts). We’re going to talk about some of the biggest questions facing us today: Is it too late to solve climate change? Does everybody lie? Is inequality inevitable?
